What is confidence?
Confidence is the belief and knowledge of competence.
If yesterday you've moved 100 logs, you're confident that tommorow you can move 100 and maybe more.
If yesterday you've wanted to move 100 logs but you failed to do so, tommorow you won't be confident that you'll be able to move as much.
Confidence is determined by recent signs of competence.
The more positive things that you accomplish, the more confidence you'll have to accomplish more.
It's a chain, each action anchored by the one before, the longer the chain of actions, the bigger the confidence.
